Our Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same pristine condition in which you received it. Additionally, it must be accompanied by its original packaging.

We kindly request a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate your return.

Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, which include:

1. Items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.

Specific categories of goods are ineligible for returns, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

- Gift cards
- Patch Test Kits
- Downloadable software products

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

We recommend checking your bank account if you have not received your refund.

Please get in touch with your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund appears on your statement.

Subsequently, get in touch with your bank, as refunds often involve a processing period before becoming visible in your account.

Sale Items

Refunds are exclusively applicable to regularly priced items; sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We exclusively replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@samanthacusicklondon.com and dispatch your item to Samantha Cusick London, 5 Rathbone Square, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 1EB.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift during the purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Should the item not have been marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, thereby notifying them of your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item valued over £20.00, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or to consider purchasing shipping insurance. Failure to ensure the delivery of your returned item to us may hinder processing your refund.
