Dear All of Our Amazing Clients,

As we continue to navigate this uncertain and challenging time, The team and I have made the decision last Wednesday the 18th March to temporarily close the salon amidst this climate of COVID-19. Whilst we initially closed for 7 days it is now clear following the Prime Ministers speech that this going to be much longer. On the instruction from the government given on the 23rd March we are closed for a further 3 weeks (until at least the 15th April) and await their review. I will keep you updated via our social channels, email and here on this blog post on what that means for us as a salon.

Never could I have imagined a day that we would have to temporarily close the doors to the salon, and our wonderful clients who come to us to feel great. But what makes Samantha Cusick London so special is not the Salon (although out interior and drinks menu do bring me joy) its our people. Temporarily closing is what felt  right for us to do as a business and as part of a larger community. During this critical time keeping our amazing Team and you, our amazing clients, safe is our priority and I am implementing a plan to support my team during this time.

Anybody with an appointment scheduled with us that is effected by our closure please don’t worry phone calls will follow and we’ll get your appointment rescheduled. For those that have deposits against their appointments again please do not worry, these will still be on your account and transferred to any new bookings.

Whilst our salon is closed our phone lines will stay open and we will be available via email, so if you do need us we’re here. If you booked using our online platform or app you can also reschedule your appointment via those channels too.

I will continue to bring you all of the hair inspiration via our social channels, we’ll also be monitoring developments through this unprecedented time updating you as and when things change.

Thank you for your support in all of this, and I am certain we will get through this together.

Please Stay safe!

Samantha x
